Always the best -food - service - ambiance. Staff is professional, friendly and most accommodating. Always a treat.
We had a dinner reservation for 6 people . The food was very good , everyone enjoyed their dishes . Chicken parm was outstanding, so was the clams and mussels pasta . The server spilled almost a whole bottle of lemonade on my husband and made a joke about it . He also kept disappearing and we sat there waiting for him for a long time when we were finished with dinner , waiting to order desert. Maybe he was new , but the service was subpar. Especially for NYC.

The food was wonderful and service was excellent. But the tables are so crowded in that the experience becomes difficult. We were at a table for 2 on the main floor toward the back. But my husband was sitting on the outside, and there hardly any room between him and the person at the other table whose back was to him, so the waiters kept bumping into him both chairs. Excellent choice for pre-theatre dinner, servers did a wonderful job of keeping us on schedule! Great antipasto, pastas and pizzas!
Good option before Carnegie Hall - Good food and they get you to the concert on time.
Uncomfortable and crowded seating. Not sufficient wait staff for the volume of customers. Very popular and a little expensive for the quality and the service.
We always love Trattoria Dell’Arte. Food, service and ambience are always wonderful.
