I would say it was pretty good, there is always room for improvement. I do think that if you have one thing to improve on it would be the amount of notice given to your clients to get the necessary documentation to you. If I worked a 9 to 5 job, I don't think I would have been able to get you the information needed. I know that this process can have some surprises but just keeping those things in mind. Other than that, the experience was pretty good.
