First, taking time to find programs to make my loan more palatable. Travis quickly responded to any questions I asked. Not making me feel stupid about so many things that I didn't understand. Really, just the quick response, education about my loan and availability to me was huge.

Travis was so helpful! I'm a first time home buyer that actually searched earlier this year for a home. I spoke with 3 different lenders and none of them were near as helpful as Travis. He also offered a 0% down MHDC Loan that no other lender even mentioned there being. He was informative, helpful, prompt, & I just closed on my house last week with no hiccups on the finance side! I've already recommended him to several people who mentioned buying, and I'll continue to do so because of this! Thank you Travis!
