Thanks for wasting 5 hours of my night I placed an order at the Jones location for 2 stiiizy live resin diamond pods in order to take advantage of the Bogo deal they had going on. Around the time I was supposed to pick them up. I realized I didn’t receive any confirmation so I called them to see if my order was ready and they informed me that they didn’t have anything to fulfill my order. Refused industry discount Mallory is incompetent as a manager. I have shopped this location many times before as it is close and always receive an industry discount since I work at another dispensary. I didn’t have my agent card on me so they refused my discount even though I showed: my schedule with my name and dispensary on it, my dispensary email also with my name on it, then I even logged into the accela agent card portal and showed all my paperwork with the state that says when the card expires and my agent card number ... read more

MISLEADING WEED MAPS DEALS I entered the shop for a specific deal on Weedmaps. 2 half g live rosin carts for $45. I arrived at the shop and the carts were $60. They could not honor the deal and refused to change the price. I ended up buying 2 completely different carts. Their selection and prices however were still moderately decent and the staff was somewhat nice that is why they get 2 stars and not 1. If I had not been happy with the carts I bought instead this would have been a terrible experience but thankfully I lucked ... read more

No Medical tax discount when buying deals. They do not honor NV medical patient tax discount on top of deals. If your are a medical patient avoid this place, go to a medical facility or get stuck paying for recreational taxes when buying your meds.

tacky employees and grossly over priced product. Update--They dont care at all. The lip service below amounted to zilch. I emailed them and NO ONE responded. Typical Las vegas behavior... In no way surprised. The prices are out of whack with reality. The pale male and pale female working in the back were classless and clueless. The only reason I stopped in was for the 30 percent off flyer. I will never shop here. Horrible service.

Weak Infuse Pre Roll!! I went as a 1st time Patient and they give a good deal for 1st time patients. only that thing that went bad was the Infused joint from White Label Gorrila Cookies testing at 61.55% THC. got it because it was the highest THC joint they got and I tryed the brand before. but this time it was disappointing. quality check your stuff.
