I was asked to provide my own materials. I had no idea what was broken, needed, or where to get it. That is why I hired a contractor. The contractor went to Home Depo and bought what I needed and I reimbursed him. Typically, in my experience, it is understood the contractor will diagnose the problem and then provide the necessary work and materials to make the repair and I will pay for labor and materials. Other than this odd experience, the work was very good.
The contractor was very helpful in answering questions I had about the project.
They were fast, my tree looks great and its cleaner before the trim.
Workers were professional & notified me on arrival. Informed me of what they would do. Work was completed and all leaves & cut limbs were cleaned up. They then let me know they were finished. Our tree looks good now.
