Great organization to work with - kind, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is true whether working with the office team or the arborists.
The crew that came out was excellent. The salesperson who evaluated our tree was courteous and knowledgeable. The reason I only gave 3 1/2 stars was we had requested the tree be removed with the stump as per our HOA we had to plant another tree there. The salesperson said they can do that. Unfortunately the stump was grounded down not removed. I notified them of the situation and they said they on grind down the stump. The crew trimmed more than a dozen mesquite trees that had not been trimmed for over a decade, removing a huge amount of excess growth. They created a fire-safety zone around our home. The work was quickly and professionally done, and even the removal and clean-up was notable. We are very happy.
Tree Pros came out & evaluated my tree that desperately needed trimming. Within a few days they cane back & trimmed it. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and provided quality work. I would highly recommend Tree Pros.
I've been very pleased with the work Tree Pros has done for us. I had several very tall Mexican fan palms and some queen palms that I wanted to have removed. The Tree Pros quote was HALF the price of the quote from another company. The other company couldn't start the work for several weeks. Tree Pros was available two days after we got the quote. Clean, neat...on time...very proffessional
Tree Pros did a very good job installing sod in portions of my back yard. Since this was just completed, I'll have to see how the sod does over the next several weeks. Am concerned that ground prep may have not been sufficient. We'll see. Overall, they did a good job and I would use them again.
The crew that came to remove two Sissoo trees were amazing. Even though the trees hung over our wall & over our roof nothing hit the roof or landed on the neighbors property. Very professional and talented. On time and worked quickly but safely.
