Very professional, and fast.
In summer they run a crew just for palm tree trimming, so they were able to schedule my job weeks earlier than other providers
While I think all tree services are expensive, comparatively speaking, I think Tree Pros is up there in value for money. I got the service I asked for and good advise to boot. Very professional. The only reason I rated customer service at 4.5 instead of 5 is, and I cannot believe I am saying this, that for each visit the workers showed up early--I mean an hour early. Removed two large trees and trimmed three others in backyard.Good job.Front yard and street cleanup could have been better.
They were in line with the rest of the quotes. Did a good job, happy with them.
