They were very professional. They had a contract so I knew what to expect in terms of the services they would be providing. They arrived on time and trimmed two tall Acacia trees and one Brazillian Pepper tree within an hour! I was very pleased.

They were very good and fast on the tree trimming and removal of all limbs and cleaned my yard, which is very hard as I live in the middle of a three unit and have no alley. They had to walk a ways beside bushes and then to street. I had my trees deep fed and that was were the problem was I did not think about the drip system, they hit it three times, but I called the company and the next day a very nice man named Joe come and fixed my dripper in 30 minutes. THey were within budget and messed up the appointment time, mis-trimmed a tree and inconvienced me. The excellent news is that the owner made sure to correct the errors, assure the next visit and discount his price. Mistakes are a part of life, good customer service is not - I would hire them again due to the honesty and integrity that Mike Espinosa demonstrated.
