This company is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever attempted to do business with. They gave me an estimate which was emailed to me for the removal of a large oak tree in my front yard. The estimate never mentioned what type of equipment they would need to complete the job. They were planning on using a crane, but Duke Energy wouldn't shut off overhead power lines over the tree so their crane operator said he would not work over live lines. The estimates were the lowest, the work was done well with clean up included. Customer service was lacking in regards to keeping me informed on date of service and arrival time. I seemed to be calling them more than they calling me for this information.

The only reason I couldn't rate 5 stars on everything is because they forgot to trim a tree that was rubbing against my house (the main reason for hiring them) They had to come out the following week to finish the job.

Rescheduled 3 times -simple job, remove 3 dead trees and grind stumps. Each time they did a no show with no warning, I had to reschedule the nursery that was installing the new trees. From the initial estimate to job completion was over a month. $300 for a job that took them 30 minutes to complete.

Scheduling difficulties may end up delaying your scheduled time. They get the work done and that’s all that matters at the end of the day.

I hired Tree Tech for my back yard clearing project. They came out first for an estimate so they knew the area I wanted cleared. The day they came to do the job, there were 2 workers. One guy left half way through to bid on another job and the other guy sat on the grass and checked his cell phone. They only cleared 90% of the designated area and when I asked them about they said 'they didn't bring the tools to do the last 10%. Yet they still charged me as if they did 100% of the clearing. Failed to do work when scheduled . Did not bring necessary tools for job . Had to borrow my ladders and trimmer .

They returned my call promptly, a fellow came out and gave me an estimate, the job was scheduled and I was ask to make a $1000 down payment two days prior to the job start day, which I did reluctantly. The day to start the job, they came out, looked over the trees to come down and politely told me they couldn't do the job for the amount I was quoted. This service should stencil its name and phone no. on orange trucks--I saw truck in neighborhood and thought it was a well known company but turns out it was not. Also be willing to give customer's name and phone no. to technicians so they can call to change arrival times. Home office forgets to call customers with changes.
