Daughter went to the doctors on Tuesday for her nine month check up. They took her temperature in the armpit and came back at 99.8. Never told us that you add a degree for armpit temperatures, so really she had a 100.8. They failed to check anything, to see why she had a temperature, they acted like everything was fine. You guys have made it so hard to get sick visits. Made an appt today online today for today but then come to find out it was for another day. Show up and nothing. You then tell me you can try to squeeze us in but no guarantee to be seen. My kid is sick, I need to be seen. She has to have Covid test to get back in school. You have made it so hard. It never use to be this way.
The pediatrician made me feel like the worse mom around. I am a first time mom and my baby dropped almost a pound in weight from birth. I was also in hospital on fluids for 5 days. The pedi I encountered made me feel like the lowest human. I will never go back here.
I just moved here from PA and after reading so many positive reviews I was so excited to have my pediatrician chosen before I even moved to Texas. So within a month of being here, I tried to make a same day appt as soon as they opened in the morning and the girl advised the schedule didn’t allow for a same day appt. I asked to schedule a regular appt and she said I had to call tomorrow. I was so upset and confused. She told me to go To urgent care. As a pediatrician I depend on them having same day appts if I needed it.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to care and feel our first priority has to be to the established families that trust us to be able to see them when they need us.
From birth, Dr Kurz was our son's pediatrician. We love him! I don't really like being basically laughed at for being severely anxious about my son getting shots by the nurse. OK, I've looked past this. Now, to get an appointment I wait an hour on the phone to get an appointment. That was extremely ridiculous. My wife and I had a very bad experience with Treehouse and we never even physically gone into the office. We recently moved from Kyle to Round Rock this past month. Our 3 month baby has been congested for about 3 weeks now and having a bad cough One night last week it got really severe he couldn't even sleep and had trouble breathing.
