They should show up when they make an appointment with someone. I waited for 2 and a half hours for them to show up. They did not call or text to cancel the appointment. It was raining not pouring or storming. If they thought they would melt, they should have called and said so.
Awful. An employee named David Gaona came to give me a quote. I told him I received a lower quote and he states “Yeah I can’t compete with some Jose’s prices.” Are you kidding me? I will never do business with this company after hearing that racist and prejudice comment. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
** Absolutely not!! *PLEASE AVOID*Business is lacking professionalism and tact. Upon receiving a quote today, I also received a lesson in kindness. When I explained we had received a lower quote.
