The best orthopedic doc I’ve ever seen. Dr. Podleski & his staff were very welcoming and answered all my questions/concerns. The check in was smooth and in a breeze I had his MA welcome me and escort me to my room. Thank you Dr Podleski!
I saw him at the hospital once. He was very cordial. He gave me a prescription and told me that upon my return home he will send me a therapist. . For 4 days I left messages but I had no replies. On the 4th day I received an email that the secretary was out of town and could not receive messages. I was surprised that a doctor practicing in 3 hospitals does not have a contact 4 days. Next Wednesday I have an appointment with Dr. J. Kaufman. Today is Monday and since last Thursday I left voice messages and emails to Diane and still i have no courtesies replies with an address where I go for the visit. Very unprofessional, irresponsible and careless. Now I have to search for another doctor.
