Increased communication as we got closer to finalizing our home purchase. We reached out multiple times to get our closing funds number, as well as rate and payment, and were deflected that it would have to wait. Just being better informed throughout the process and updated on where we were at in the process and what still needed to be done, as well as more timely responses and progress, so that other don't have to provide bank statements or paycheck stubs three to four times due to expire.

Trent ensured I had a preapproval for multiple properties. When we finally had an accepted offer, he ensured we got a good rate (lowest of any in the area) that was locked in. There were complications with closing and title but he helped it to go smoothly. The electronic signing for closing also made it simple and fast.
