front office personal are extremely friendly in particular one of them ,she took her time to explain me everything with a lot of detail,and for my second visit she ask how I was doing wishing me the best,that really makes my day
Dr. Carroll was 40 minutes behind schedule. Talked 100 words per minute. Would not let me ask questions. Did not listen to a few comments regarding my current PT and past epidural steroid injection. When I read his visit summary, he made a few statements that seemed applicable to another individual (e.g. I did not have a CT of the neck. I did not miss work because I am retired). A wasted visit!
