front office personal are extremely friendly in particular one of them ,she took her time to explain me everything with a lot of detail,and for my second visit she ask how I was doing wishing me the best,that really makes my day
operated on my wife for sciatica. The surgery eliminated the sciatica pain but created a serious lower back pain. We returned to Dr. Carroll whose response was 'Did you come here to alleviate your leg issue? I did that.' This issue is separate and likely caused by a hip issue. He sent us to Durham to have the 'hip issue' explored. No problem with the hip. After physical therapy did no good, we finally sought other opinions. Dr. Carroll was 40 minutes behind schedule. Talked 100 words per minute. Would not let me ask questions. Did not listen to a few comments regarding my current PT and past epidural steroid injection. When I read his visit summary, he made a few statements that seemed applicable to another individual (e.g. I did not have a CT of the neck. I did not miss work because I am retired). A wasted visit!
