Arrived early for my appointment. Someone had cancelled, leaving me to go in early for my appointment, which was good. Care is always taken by the hygenest, Cherie. If further treatment is needed, the dental staff are always able to comply with a 2nd appointment to discuss the situation in question.
I didn't feel the needle, that's all I care about. I usually feel it. I didn't with Dr. Denny! Very nice demeanor, very comfortable with him.
Dr. Denny and his team were great. Best cleaning I've ever experienced with Laurie. Led Zeppelin playing in the background was a big plus, but what I appreciated the most was the involvement and explanation of what was going on by the staff. This made me feel more at ease and confident of my choices. For example, I was shown with pictures and diagnostic test what Dr. Denny thought was wrong, which made me confident he was proposing to fix an actual issue. Dr. Denny was very professional, meanwhile personable, and knowledgable. All of the staff were also very professional and kind, which I appreciated very much. Definitely coming back!
