Dr Liu was kind, patient and gentle in treating me for an ear issue. Such a sensitive part of the body, so these qualities are very important. The medical assistants and office staff are also kind, patient and courteous every time I call or attend a visit. God Bless All of You.😊
Dr. Liu is the best doctor, but I do think adding another ENT to the practice could be helpful since it's always so busy.
