I took Juno for his first checkup. The Vet was especially attentive and and answered all our questions patiently. The Vet administered his 2 vaccines with excellent speed and compassion. And Juno did excellent. Thank you so much for making this visit a great experience.
I am amazed at how sincere and well these people cared for my pup Jones. He had a medical emergency and we are out of town for family vacation. Dr. Megan took great care and showed so much affection and kindness to us. Not only her but all of the staff there as well. They thoroughly explained what was going on and the next steps we needed to take. Dr.Biggs is amazing! She saved my sweet Athena without hesitation when she was quickly declining by a foreign object stuck in her GI tract. Surgery went great and she is making a full recovery! Thank you Dr. Biggs!
I can't say enough positive things about all the staff..we are from Michigan came to visit family and brought 2 kittens that we found on our porch a few days before leaving..1 of the kittens got injured playing with our older cat and needed immediate medical care we called tri county and they had us bring him in immediately and not only saved his life but took in the other kitten spayed and did a full exam on her and kept them both a few days to give them time to heal. Dr Biggs is hands down a fantastic Vet Dr. she makes sure you understand the situation and will explain step by step in what to expect. Dr Biggs saved my English Bulldogs life when the past vet misdiagnosed her. Everyone at the facility is professional acting and knowledgeable in the field. I highly recommend Tri County to anyone that truly wants great care for their fur baby
