Poor customer service. 3 hours late. Poor communication. I feel like they don’t want my business.
I paid for a display ceiling fan over the phone and specifically asked the salesperson Misty if it has the remote??? She told me she checked and it does have the remote so i paid for it over the phone and had my wife pick it up and have it installed by the time i came home from over the road driving.i get home and the fan did not have the remote and is discontinued so i cant find one.$550 down the drain at Tri Supply in Temple Tx....great products but being lied to to make a sale is unacceptable
