Tyler was very professional. He made sure to clean up after himself and was meticulous on the work he did. He listens to the customer and you can tell he truly cares.
I can't say enough good things about TRI-WEH. This locally-based, family company has come to our rescue multiple times with basement floods and a sewage backup. They are professional, friendly, honest, and do great work. They make you feel like you are their only job -- which is amazing as they travel all over the country helping out during major disasters. Had the unfortunate experience of having to call Tri-Weh for water damage from a wash machine in our house. However, Tyler G. and the team from Tri-Weh made it much easier! They were at my house within 1 hour of my call, setup their equipment and went to work. The team was professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do. We ended up having their equipment running 24/7 in our house for 7 days - but am so glad we did! I highly recommend Tri-Weh for this kind of emergency. Excellent service from top to bottom. When our sump pump backed up a few years ago and our basement flooded, I knew we needed someone quickly, and within an hour of calling Mike Wilson he had his crew set up at our home and the process started. Thankfully we haven’t had any issues since that day, but it’s always great to know that if and when, we have an extremely reputable company to contact.
