From the estimate process to the completion of the job, everyone was very polite and easy to work with. TJ was very patient and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The daily text updates kept me in the loop and knowledgeable about the progression of the repair. Getting a car repaired is never a 'fun' task, but Triangle Collision made the process as enjoyable as possible.
After my car was hit in a parking lot, Allstate Insurance in Cary referred me to have it repaired at Triangle Collision. The body shop was able to complete the repairs as promised. My Toyota Camry looked great! and my insurance only provided a rental car for one day. ... Later, I learned this business had contributed to a local charitable missions project with which I was connected.
