Tricia was Great! Once we got to final UW and needed docs for closing that’s where you failed. The buyers CD was not sent to closing attorney until 11:45 am and the closing was scheduled for 10am. As I said Tricia was great, I would recommend her to anyone, but down the chain of command needs some improvement. I had a buyer that drove 41/2 hours to close and she didn’t know how much money she needed to bring to closing…..that should never happen. That part needs to be corrected.
