I have never been more unsatisfied with customer service and the way that a ccompany is ran in my life I have been buying vehicles for over 25 years and have never experienced this unprofessionalism. getting tags for my car I've never waited over 30 days to get tags on my car it's been over 2 months I've been calling for 3 Days to get a live person to give me temporary plates. This place is a scam. I previously made a review because my sales associate asked me to and I thought walking out I had received good service. Less than a week of having the vehicle the check engine came on, oil change needed displayed on the screen, right blinker is out, vehicle shut down on me twice, back tailgate doesn't open, and a number of other issues and after several times of contacting the service department leaving voicemail after voicemail nobody contacted me until I was called by corporate to complete a customer... read more

No compre en tricolor son vien ratas Teatrasas 3dias y te quitan el carro no tedan nada de tiempo .despues de que te quitan el carro quieren que pagues ..y si quieres agarrar el carro para tras te pide 300. Dolares de la Reca el pago que deves y que pagues la Aseguranza de ellos y que agarres otra Aseguranza por fuera que mandes otra ves referenzias vereficasión de empleo .y tedisen que todavia de que pagues y mandes todo eso que tepiden ..vamos aver ..cuidado .
