The worst experience of my life has been with Tricolor. I will never ever ever ever! Do business with this medicore company. I highly and passionately advise anyone with their working brain to never trust this company at all. Very dishonest company. Car was given with defects. They lie too much giving you false information. No matter how well you are in your payments they make mistakes repossessing your vehicle. Please listen and don't buy your vehicle here.
The management was very unprofessional and looked to be very rude and unhappy. He did not get out of his chair the whole 5 hours I was there even when I asked to speak with him. Was very quick to take my money though. My salesperson was very helpful and nice went above and beyond to help. Ultimate decision and screw up by them was made by manager which did not apologize for or even acknowledge the situation at hand. To my self or other couple they had done same thing to.
