They redeem your groupon on the back end without telling you when you make the appointment before services are even provided. Beware

Ashley, You are correct. We do redeem the coupon in order to secure the patient an appointment time with our doctors. As promised, if the patient does not qualify for Medical Marijuana (like in your case), we refund the patient 100%. When you get a Groupon, you have to request the refund through the Groupon customer service. I am sure that by now, you got an email confirming that you got 100% of your refund back.
