Extremely satisfying
Very fast and very helpful with any questions or concerns I had.
Doctor and Nurses were the best! The front office was initially rude and non-responsive.
I sat by myself in the waiting room for a half hour for my 6:00 PM appointment until 6:30 PM. When I saw Chelsea, she made it clear she cared and was concerned about a condition she is monitoring and would contact a doctor on my behalf to coordinate treatment.
I felt heard. I was immediately tested and given the results of my rapid test within a few minutes.
They were all very nice.
I was seen on time. For a new patient visit it went very well. The 2 things I'm currently being watched for were giving attention right there. The nurse drew blood and PA Allie came in to say hi and check on me. 🙂
