Never having been to an urgent care center before my doctor was very helpful and we agreed on a medication that I could take
I brought my elderly mother in. They saw us right away and the nurse and doctor were so kind and gentle with her.
The gentlemen who checked me in was very kind and pleasant to talk to. There was a wait for urgent care but honestly I didn’t mind because they had dateline on the tv in the waiting room and I got sucked into watching that, I didn’t even want to be called in! Once I got in to the room, everything was smooth sailing. I had a nurse who was very genuine and quite funny. And the doctor came in soon after and answered all my questions and I was on my way.
Pleasant staff, long wait but to be expected. Provider was super attentive and nice.
