Ms. Pansy Freeman was amazing! she contacted me after hours on her own time to address my concerns. she scheduled a service appointment for the very next morning. Pansy arranged a Lfyt for me to get back home while working on my vehicle. Pansy contacted me periodically throughout the day to update me on status. Pansy also arranged a Lfyt to pick me up from home and bring me back to the dealership. Pansy made this a seemless process. She has a stellar attitude and I look forward to working with her next time!
