My elderly mother and I came to trophy very disgruntled. I'm sure very few people like car shopping. We were greeted by Mo Usama. He was the most polite and patient salesman I've ever encountered. As the deal began we had to talk with a finance Manager named Victor. Very tall gentleman, which could've felt intimidating for two women. He was very kind and professional.
