We waited 2 hours to check in not enough staff on a Saturday afternoon to check in guest The staff the check in Specially on a Saturday and it’s summer the place was fully packed we waited two hours to get checked in they didn’t have enough staff to attend all the people that were coming to check in. Room AC not working properly Bed not comfortable It has places to eat

Wonderful One and only complaint the water was dirty yellow for two days . Unable to shower. Reported it to housekeeping twice . Who supposedly reported it to the plumber. All was well morning of check out

We had a good stay i Would be nice if they offered rooms with studio apartment amenities like a fridge and stove dining table. Would save some money on food when traveling with the family The room was good we had a good view of the beach and the surrounding neighborhood. There was a lot of things to see and do plus the beach and boardwalk are right outside the hotel. Plenty of dining options. Overall I will be booking at the Tropicana again in the future.
