Good The SELF - CHECKIN rep(Mark) was horrible. The kiosk wasnt recognizing my drivers license. The long lines. The BELL SERVICES and the HOTEL CLERKS. Bed was comfortable and hor water

September 21-24 Getaway The A/C in our room was too cold! We turned it to warmest and low and it was still cold. Slept with all the blankets. We reserved a King non-smoking. They only had King Smoking available. Once we found our bearings we could get around this huge resort. The Brooklyn Burger restaurant was our favorite! Some of the other restaurants are only open on the weekends.
