Exceptional The distance between the parking garage and the to get to the rooms in the South Towers I loved everything about the hotel the Staff,the rooms were Beautiful huge clean but one thing I was not satisfied about was in my room it was a nice view of the ocean ;But I couldn't see clearly out the window because the windows were so not clean at all.by the way the room was S1566 but everything else was fine
Staying at the Tropicana was great, I truly enjoyed the hospitality and the experience, thank you! I wasn't pleased with the view, the sofas looked stained and I wasn't comfortable sitting on them, however, I was pleased with my stay, thank you! I wasn't aware that breakfast was being served and I missed the experience and would have loved to partaken in it. Overall, the room and the stay was comfortable and wonderful, the staff was very professional and polite, thank you!
Exceptional My ocean view was partial and when booking it didn't state that it was partial. I was looking forward to a complete oceanview... none the less it was an amazing Bayview Everything else

Exceptional No valet parking on Monday's. I had to self park. Everything. Location and convenience to everything.
I would book here every time, The Hotel was very clean and everyone was so nice! And they helped me. The Concierge Was very Helpful, and helped me with all of my bags. They were also very informational as well, my car had broke down and they were able to point me in the right direction as far as auto shops available in the area. Even though I checked in late due to the car breaking down the Hotel gave me extra time to enjoy the full experience of all the amenities. Everyone there was so Friendly.
