Good Amenities not posted so you would know where things were. I felt the staff it if been more hospitable. Asking a question about the pool for instance they could of said you need reservations rather than me finding out we i got there. We got directions to our room which I later find they could suggested easier ones. Having to walk through the casino with luggage and bags was unnecessary. The staff really was nice over all

My husband's 70th birthday gift. He loves Atlantic City. I was surprised that they wanted $20 for an early check in. I was told I would get an email when the room was ready. Check in was 4 PM. At 4:10 the kiosk still said the room was not ready. We went to the front desk and was given a different room since ours was not ready and received an email at 4:39 PM that our original room was ready. They want extra money for early check in but no compensation for room not ready in time. Room was clean, spacious and had a great view.... read more
