overall good The pool staff. Waited along with other, who eventually left, for 15 minutes to check in for my allotted time slot. One staff member on duty trying to do all. Once checked in, was told I could stay 15 minutes after allotted time expired only to be told by another staff member to basically get out and nothing else can be done due to additional cleaning time. Need to staff better at pool area to service all guests. One person is not enough to check in guests for their times and taking reservations at the same time... read more

Awesome It's a bit hard to navigate. Wish they had more maps. Also a microwave would be great Everything else! Super friendly staff, very clean, and plenty to eat, see, do without even leaving the hotel

Exceptional just next time need to show where is the tower o some maps because i would like to see the beach by my window , but it's ok next time i would like more explanation about the towers i was very lost in the hotel!! The room was ok for 2 person the cleaning person was so lovely the room was clean and have everything what i need thanks for everything, the room service was good
