Perfect short trip. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Bathroom had everything you needed.

El mejor fin de semana Me gusto todo Me gusto la atención al inicio del check in, posterior pedí indicaciones a trabajadores del hotel para ubicaciones varias y fueron cordiales y amables al responder, sin duda un lugar muy cómodo tanto para familias como para todas las personas, es un lugar lleno de atracciones muy buenas y me encanto que tiene un pequeño mall, restaurantes y todo aquí mismo
Pleasant The room accommodation was very disappointing. I’ve booked a room with ocean view but was given a view mostly with another building’s wall and very small view of ocean. Was told by the hotel that booking.com made a mistake with their info/images on their site. The customer service was not able to help without charging me additional fee to get a room with real ocean view.
It couldn’t happen and be more appreciative without having gone through this on going pandemic. Felt a bit strange having been restricted due to this pandemic Immaculately clean and comfy, made us so relaxed. A nice way to celebrate Covid Father’s Day
