Exceptional I enjoyed going back to AC/ Tropicana after a year and a half, and even though Covid is still very present in our lives, the staff was absolutely cleaning, constantly. It felt safe, and welcoming! My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves! It was wonderful!
Good Corner room was cold! Cocktails were hard to get. Comps are never offered even when I have paid for the past 4 times. Early check in. Burger Place!!!
How it started and how it ended I was originally staying in the North tower. On the first night we found bed bugs in one of the beds. I was downstairs in the casino around 2am when my teenage daughter texted me a video of the bed bugs crawling across the bed.
