Pleasant This was not a great time .. my first time to this hotel and I was not happy .. when we checked in they told us we had to go to the south tower .. remind u never been to this hotel so we walked around for 45 mins trying to get the key to our rooms .. the staff we ask had us all over the place we ended up talking to couples who did the same thing we did and they were more helpful .. anytime we ask for directions no one could give us clear directions.. our room smell like smoke and the hall decor is so old .. Tropicana 10/20 No dislikes I love it! Excellent service Eatery was definitely close, very clean! Social distancing was in effect.
Excellent no negativity about my stay. Room is spacious and clean.
