Good The room was a bit on the dusty side. The shower was off with the water temperature and the light flickered. Felt more like a room from a Inn then a hotel. Didn't like that I wasnt told i was a getting a room with two beds since I payed for a single king size bedroom. The location. Very convenient to getting to a lot of other cool parts of Atlantic city. Staff was very nice and helpful.
It was ok the resort was nice. Horrible vgeck in proccess though. Didn't like the fact that we had to wait 35-45 mins in a long line to check in when we paid online..And we didnt get the room we book they gave our room away..was disappointed that we didn't get to stay in the tower we paid for..They put us in a suite in one of the older towers instead and it wasnt to impressive it was just ok.

Wonderful When checking in the guy didnt even pay attention, told us to go to the wrong floor and wrong room. So after going from lobby to the other side of hotel ,realizing that he gave us wrong info and then having to go back to the lobby (literally a 15 minute walk one way and then another 15 minutes back to lobby and then another 15 to the correct room) to get the right info was really annoying after traveling for hours to get there and the only thing offered for our troubles was a coupon for $5 off parking and we didnt ... read more
Although Trop has amenities and stores, its not a good place to stay for seniors. Amenities that weren't available were not disclosed. Parking was very inconvenient, due to my back issues. It was a deterrent to getting where I wanted to go in tbe hotel. I couldn't get a Bell Hop at 7AM which meant we had to carry all our bags the long way to our car.
