Great stay Safety protocols in place. Room was nice. Good places to eat. There wasn't a lot of people. For a stay during the pandemic I was very impressed. The reviews about long lines for the elevators were exaggerated. They had so many safety protocols in place. Great little weekend getaway.

Great restaurant options, room so so , elevators terrible West tower rooms and bathrooms were dated, the outside of the windows were filthy, had reservations for a king but got a double queen, was told there were no king rooms available (although I checked in right at 4), express check in at the kiosk was quicker than regular check in, towels were rough and small, water pressure in the shower was non-existent, chairs in the room were not as pictured, were more of desk type chairs. Wonderful I saw two roaches in the bathroom Facilities was clean. Staff was nice, friendly and respectful. Environment was cozy.
