Pleasant I was really happy with my room very clean and comfortable I stayed in the North tower however finding the North Tower from the Havana tower check in was a nightmare!!! No signs telling you where the North tower was located was very frustrating it took us 1 1/2 hours to find our room. Check in was a breeze check out was great!!! But once we figured where the North tower was located we had great access to the broadwalk and food choices without leaving property. Yes, I would give this property another go!!!!

The coffee makers should be clean inside although the customers most of the time do not use it is important, after that the casino was my favorite and the chelsea five restaurant
Exceptional Room was very clean!!
Good My husband was upset with PF Chang being pickup only. We are both smokers and felt uncomfortable going on the boardwalk to smoke with all the homeless hanging around right outside the doors. We understand Covid caused alot of the staff shortage and closures, but we paid full amount for our stay. The room was exceptional, the bed was comfortable.
