Rude Front desk Rep but nice stay upon check in i was told there was no smoking rooms which i paid for when i expressed this to the front desk Rep Alma she gave me a nasty attitude & said "you don't pay extra for smoking rooms" when in all actuality you do it's just based upon availability. After i waited online For 12 mins because all 3 reps had problems 2 of them was dealing with customers who didn't even have a reservation. instead of pushing them to the side to check in actual guest i guess due to the non- hotel guest sk... read more
