A+ Loved everything. The Tropicana was so beautiful especially with all of the holiday lights. Everything was also so clean from the room to the bathrooms to the common areas. The staff were all polite and helpful. They took much care in insuring people’s safety and health during these Covid times.
My stay was great. Can't wait until I return. I didn't like the chairs in the room. I wish they were recliner chair. When you watching television you want to put your feet up I loved the colors on the walls. The bed was firm and felt so right. Didn't want to get up. The room was so clean and fresh. The maid made sure everything was sanitized.

Exceptional Hotel It good
Exceptional They messed up my reservation at the restaurant. I got a call to confirm and when I called back I got sent to various different people and was on hold for a total of 2 hours on the phone. My reservation was finally confirmed and then I got to the restaurant and they did not have the reservation. But they were still able to seat us as a party of 9, so it ended up being fine. The room was very nice. They were able to seat us at the restaurant even though they lost our reservation which was very helpful.
