My stay was relaxing I have no answer because I was happy with everything. Upon arrival the room was clean and fresh towels in the bathroom. The carpet was cleaned as well. I stayed for 4 nights and every day housekeeping came and cleaned the room. Nrw soap fresh cleaned towels was placed everyday as well. Even the toilet paper was new. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book a room at the Tropicana next time we go to Atlantic City.
Excellent - will come again very long walk from the garage to the hotel. Also $20.00 fee to check in early. Never experienced this before and I travel extensively. room very clean

Anniversary Getaway during Covid During check in, the guest services individual in which checked us in basically wanted to communicate only with my wife, in which was fine, until information pertaining to me was prominent. Secondly she upgraded us to a Oceanview room for an added extra fee. She did not tell us that she upgraded us to a “Partial view”. No clarity for that small price of information.
