Loved staying here and can't wait to come back. A bit confusing to get around to check in. People from the streets inside hotel asking for money. They went above and beyond with safety

Annual anniversary visit didn't disappoint Bed was a little hard. Most of the restaurants we frequently visit were still closed due to covid-19, but understandable. The hotel atmosphere in the havana tower was festive. The food was excellent. Casino wasn't overcrowded which was a huge plus.
