Very Good Rooms could have been cleaned better Space of room
Wonderful No microwave. Due to the current pandemic in 2020, everything was not open but it's understandable Gambling, wide choices of restaurants, bars, shops. Even though the pandemic is still around us in 2020 and everything is not open, what was open was amazing. Smiles, politeness, cleanliness, practiced social distancing. If you know how to make the best of the current situation, you can create your own fun.

It was a great getaway. I did not see 1 person , besides the check in lady, clean anything like door handles, bathroom handles, elevator buttons. All elevator areas should have hand sanitizer. I don't know where the people who do that were. Plus really did not understand why Tropicana had no valet service at 9pm on a Friday night. Because of the 4 person elevator limit We waited over 15 minutes to get into an elevator without success . Ended up taking the stairs from 6th floor garage. It was 10 flights down. Superb all around Room
Awesome and want to return Driving into and finding the parking garage was challenging The casino, decor, staff, city, boardwalk. Found "Joe" who was a Valet I believe and worked outside of check in door pull up to be wonderful as well as a Latina house keeper, I believe was her job. She was so very helpful when we first got to the Tropicana in helping us to find our tower. I believe this women's initials were or MH or HM or HB or BH. So sorry. Wonderful Not getting hot water all the time for shower. Room was nice and bed was comfortable.
