Exceptional We was staying in one tower and had to walk though the restaurants, casino to the south tower to use the pools! In our bathing suits! The place was really clean, everyone was wearing a mask, staff was very friendly, helpful! Thanks!!

Very Good Booking.com made our reservation in the Chelsea tower hotel which was supposed to have an ocean or bay view which is what we wanted. The Chelsea hotel is only open on the weekends, so the Tropicana put us in a room on the 6th floor that smelled like smoke so we had to move further up on the 12th floor. We had a view of a rooftop and part of the building! I was really looking forward to the view from the hotel/room we had booked. Very disappointed!
