Exceptional I had a great time and will be doing this vacation more than once again. Will be staying at the Tropicana sgain....And will also stay at the hard rock. We had so much fun. Thank you for all you do. William Bomberger!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything.
Tropicana Get Away You can get lost easily. We checked in and the rep directions were off. I had to ask several people how to get to the north tower. I didn’t realized we had to go through the casino. I wish there was another way because I had my 4 year old granddaughter with me. No tub as requested. The property was very easy to get too. I like how close our room was to the casino and food court. The shopping was great inside and at the surrounding outlets. The restaurants and etc was great. Very Good La limpieza del cuarto no era muy buena, muy básica. El lugar es muy bien ubicado, agradable, muy completo, tienes todo para escoger.
It was a nice beach resort getaway from New York. Due to COVID many of the facilities were not open, which we were aware of and that is not the Resorts fault, it was just a setback. Our room was always clean, the resort was clean, and everyone adhered to the COVID guideleines.
