Comfortable stay. But parking was stressful. Parking when not using the Vallet service was a challenge. We could not leave the parking lot at one point due to congestion. Check in at the kiosk went well on our second attempt/visit. Bathroom & room were comfortable and clean. .

It is not what used to be, the old Tropicana ownership was way better. Could not find a space to park our car at self-park, Spaces were "reserved-reserved-reserved." Had to park-valet, it is expensive and waited 25 minutes to receive our car, they said short of staff. Comfortable and spacious room

Huge great hotel Just one pool open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so quite packed. The room is big, the king size bed very comfortable. There are many choice for eating inside the hotel.

Would stay there again Far walk from our tower and beach. Pool was a bit grimy Beautiful inside with high quality restaurants

Great hotel but difficult to check in/check out Checking in and checking out was difficult, had to travel all the way across the hotel many times and when checking in/out on kiosks, they didn’t allow my check in to complete and when asked to see front desks, no one available at desks. Was frustrating and scary to potentially not have a room and on check out, machine kept saying room number did not match and also no one was at the desk at this time either Large, lots of good restaurants

Good It was so big and very busy, waiting for an elevator was ridiculous. Took 40 mins wait for an elevator in the morning. The room was nice and having everything t in the hotel was convenient.
