Great location but problem with communication about housekeeping and smell in our room

overall good hotel and good experience, stayed in the Chelsea tower, elevators were constantly down and not working. otherwise good stay

Nice but parking garage could use some improvement The only major issue we had with our stay was when it was time to leave we felt trapped. The line for the elevators to the parking garage were ridiculously long. We ended up walking up about 4 levels WITH OUR LUGGAGE! We were going to go back in for brunch but did not want to have to walk that parking garage again. In addition one of the hallways had the most horrendous odors, it made me gag.
