It was ok but for the room I purchased it should have been better no hot water dirty washcloths and towels

The rooms were not cleaned properly and the staff from checkout was very rude and casino non smoking area was severely full of smokers it was not as nice as it use to be

Always stay at trop.. ended up in the west tower this time. 1st and last.. pillows and beds were eh. Walls are super thin. TVs are small. Trop is great just try to avoid the west tower
