worth visiting. check in was a bit of a nightmare- no staff in Havana tower and check in machines were not working on my passport. not good for people visiting from other countries. and it took us a long time to try to find check in place. very nice sea view, spacious and clean. really nice staff, one maintenance man had guided us around - very thoughtful and helpful.

Would come back The self check-in didn't work for us and the front desk was in a completely different area. The check-out went smoothly though. Clean, comfortable and a good prize - loved it!
