We requested a non-smoking room and when we got to our room, it was obvious that the previous guests had smoked in there. We went downstairs to request a room change, and although the employee was very helpful and got us a new room without question, there were only two people working the desk. A large casino like that should have more employees. They rely too much on the check in kiosk technology, which cannot assist you if you have an issue with your room.
