Room was very nice and clean. Dinning options were very good. Service was poor at the front desk, over 40 minutes to check in. We had to take our bags with us to make our reservation time. The woman that checked us is had a bit of an attitude. When I called the front desk in the morning about check and getting a late checkout they told me it would be an additional $20/hour I told them no thanks. What a rip off. They would not give me an extended checkout even though they made me stand on line 40 minutes to check in.

Although, the convenice of everything being in one place was great I found it took us 3 days approximately to pretty much figure out how to get from one place to another and that was frustrating. I strongly believe that a app giving directions to those staying at the resort would help with that problem. With that said our experience was very pleasant and we look forward to returning in the future.
